Consignment Policy for Millbrook Tack

The fees that are retained are dependent upon the type of payment you wish to receive. We retain a smaller fee if you choose to receive your payment in a Millbrook Tack Store Credit.

For Horse Tack consignment items Millbrook Tack’s consignment fee will be the following:

Items selling for $1 to $25               Check  40%         Store Credit  30%
Items selling for $25.01 to $50         Check  30%         Store Credit  25%
Items selling for $50.01and UP        Check  20%         Store Credit  15%

Non Tack Items

Boots, Apparel and Gifts selling for $1 to $100                         Check 50%        Store Credit 40%
Boots, Apparel and Gifts selling for over $100.01 and UP          Check 40%        Store Credit 30%

Liability:  Millbrook Tack assumes no liability for the loss of, damage to, or destruction of any item consigned.

Pickups: Consignor must pick up all unsold items within 90 days from the date of consignment. All unsold items not picked up after the end of the agreement period, without further notice and after 120 days will be donated to an organization that could benefit from the products.

Millbrook will determine a fair market value for the items that you wish to consign. If there is a specific dollar value that you wish to receive for an item please advise us at the time of drop off.
