Do Millbrook Tack products have a warranty?

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment. Can I buy now and pay later?

Yes! Millbrook Tack is proud to offer Sezzle as a no-cost buy now, pay later plan. Sezzle is a payment solution platform that empowers consumers to make purchases now and pay for them later in interest-free installments. Does Millbrook Tack have clearance or sale items?

What size should I buy?

The appropriate size for your purchase can vary depending on both the item and the brand in question. We recommend that, whenever possible, you visit our store to try on the items in person. This ensures the best fit for your comfort and satisfaction. If an in-store visit isn't feasible, we advise comparing your measurements to the dimensions provided online for each product. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How do I make a return or exchange?

Customer satisfaction is our main priority. If you are not happy with your purchase, we want to make it right. Return instructions are printed on the bottom of the packing slip included in every order. You can read more about our return policy or contact us for help.

 

What is Millbrook Tack’s return policy?

Items returned must be in new condition with tags, unless an item is defective. Returns made within 30 days of purchase may be eligible for a refund. You can read more about our return policy or contact us for help.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Certainly, we understand the importance of ensuring a perfect fit, and we facilitate exchanges for different sizes provided the returned items are in their new, unused condition. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please take note, however, that all of our riding helmets are non-returnable without exception, due to safety and hygiene concerns. Should you require a different size for other items, simply follow the returns process outlined on our website, and we will be happy to assist you with an exchange. If you have further questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer service team.

How long will it take to receive my refund or exchange?

Once the package is received by Millbrook Tack, adjustments to credit cards will be seen within two credit card statements.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

The customer is responsible for shipping costs returning the purchase to Millbrook Tack.

SHIPPING

When will my order ship?

If your order is placed before 1 PM EST it is normally shipped the same day. Orders after 1 PM may be shipped up to 1 business day later. Ground orders are in transit for 1 - 5 business days depending upon your proximity to our Michigan location.

How much does shipping cost?

Orders over $99 are eligible for free shipping (some exclusions apply). Orders less than $99 cost $7.99 to ship (some exclusions apply). Saddles, Western Hats, Felt Hats, Wool Hats, Straw Hats, Gallon Jugs, and Oversized Items do not qualify for free shipping or $7.99 flat rate shipping.

Does Millbrook Tack offer free shipping?

Does Millbrook Tack have a rewards program? How can I sign up? 

Yes, we are delighted to inform you that Millbrook Tack offers a rewarding loyalty program for our valued customers. If you're interested in earning points with every purchase, you may sign up for our Rewards Program exclusively in-store. It's quite simple: for each dollar you spend, 1 point will be credited to your account. Accumulating points leads to fantastic discounts on future purchases—250 points will get you $20 off, 500 points lead to $50 off, and so forth, up to 2,000 points which can be redeemed for a generous $225 off.

The process gets underway as soon as you sign up in-store. After registration, you'll receive a text message prompting you to confirm your details and "activate" your account. This step is crucial; should you skip the prompts, your account will stay inactive.

For added convenience, consider downloading the AppCard App. Upon entering your birth date in the app, you’ll become eligible for a 20% birthday discount. Plus, the app lets you view your purchases and keep track of your accumulated points.
